The Foundation
"Success is not an accident. It is trained."
Born without a leg. Bullied. Dismissed. Told what he couldn't do, what he shouldn't try, what was "realistic" for someone like him.
The world tried to write Alan Nagao's story for him. But he learned something early—something most people never discover: decision > circumstances.
While other kids stayed safe on the shore, Alan decided to surf. Not to prove anyone wrong. Not to make a statement. But because he refused to let other people's limitations become his reality.
That decision didn't just change his body—it became his identity. It built a foundation that would later support businesses, millions in sales, and a lifetime dedicated to showing others what's possible when you stop asking for permission.
"Your circumstances don't define your destiny.
Your decision does."
You don't attract what you want. You produce what you focus on. Most people think about "what is"—their current problems, limitations, past failures. Successful people train their minds to see "what isn't yet"—the vision, the possibility, the future self.
If you focus on 10 goals → You get nothing. Your energy scatters. Your mind splits. You drift.
If you focus on 1 dominant thought → You unlock power. Your subconscious mobilizes. Opportunities appear. Resources align. The universe bends.
"Balance comes later. Obsession comes first."
This isn't motivational fluff. It's neuroscience. Your reticular activating system (RAS) filters reality based on what you tell it to notice. Feed it clarity, and it shows you the path. Feed it confusion, and you stay lost.
Your subconscious mind is the genie. It doesn't judge. It doesn't argue. It doesn't care if your thoughts are "realistic." It simply obeys. Whatever you repeat emotionally becomes your command.
Tell it you're broke → It finds evidence.
Tell it you're successful → It finds opportunity.
Tell it with emotion → It believes without question.
"Whether you think you can or think you can't — you are right."
— Henry Ford
Visualization isn't daydreaming. It's mental rehearsal. Athletes do it. Surgeons do it. Navy SEALs do it. Your brain can't distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. Both create neural pathways.
See yourself closing the deal. Feel the handshake. Hear the applause. Taste the champagne. Smell the leather seats of your dream car. Do this daily with emotion, and your subconscious will move mountains to make it real.
Burning Desire
The starting point of all achievement is desire. Not a wish, not a hope—burning, all-consuming desire.
"A burning desire to be and to do is the starting point from which the dreamer must take off."
Self-Confidence Formula
Belief is the foundation. Your subconscious mind doesn't judge—it accepts what you repeat with emotion.
"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
Law of Retribution
The universe operates on reciprocity. You must give before you receive. Contribution unlocks opportunity.
"It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed."
When desire, belief, and contribution align — acceleration happens.
All thoughts which have been emotionalized and mixed with faith begin immediately to translate themselves into their physical equivalent.
No two minds ever come together without creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.
Sexual energy can be transmuted into creative energy, focused toward any desired goal.
Whatever receives your concentrated attention grows. Disperse focus and you disperse results.
10X thinking isn't about working harder. It's about thinking differently. When you set a 10X goal, you can't use the same strategies that got you here. You're forced to innovate, delegate, leverage, and think bigger.
Most people set goals based on what seems achievable. That's incremental thinking. 10X goals force exponential thinking. They break your mental ceiling and rebuild it higher.
Work 10 times harder than feels reasonable. Obsess early. Balance later. Extraordinary results require extraordinary effort—period.
"Balanced people rarely build extraordinary lives."
They optimize for comfort, not growth. They plateau early. If you want legacy-level results, you must be willing to be unbalanced for a season.
This is not motivation. This is mental training.
Wake 1 hour early. Own your morning, own your mind.
Read aloud twice daily with emotion and conviction.
Emotional repetition—feel every word as truth.
See it. Hear it. Feel it. Smell it. Taste it. All senses engaged.
Three to six high-priority actions daily. Single-task focus.
Write your wins, losses, and lessons. Track progress.
Exercise trains discipline. The body follows the mind.
Turn off negativity. No news. No gossip. No complaints.
These aren't suggestions. They're non-negotiables. The mind is a muscle. It must be trained daily with precision and discipline. Miss a day, and you lose momentum. Stay consistent, and you become unstoppable.

Take your mind to the place you like the most. Write what you want in each area of your life. Be specific, vivid, and paint your future with clarity.
This exercise reverse-engineers your biggest dreams into daily action. Start with your lifetime goals, then work backwards through shorter timeframes. This creates alignment between your daily actions and ultimate purpose.
The magic: When today's TOP 5 aligns with your lifetime TOP 5, success becomes inevitable.
Successful habits will change your life.
Identify your dominant personality type and discover what you need to develop for balance and growth.
Repeat it twice out loud and with emotion. This will keep you focused, remembering your goals and taking action to achieve them.
The date you will achieve this goal
Leave blank to use default
Leave blank to use the 3-3-3 rule
1. For myself:
2. For my family:
3. For the world:
The date you commit to this decree
Thank you, GOD, because it is already DONE!
1. I know that I have the ability to achieve the goals that I set in my decree; therefore, I demand of myself persistence and continuous action to reach my goal, and I commit here and now to focus on daily action.
2. I truly realize that the thoughts that dominate my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in physical action and will gradually become reality in my life. Therefore, I concentrate my thoughts for 30 minutes daily, focusing on clearly and in detail visualizing the person I desire to become, how I want to be and live from this day forward.
3. I know that through the principle of autosuggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in my mind will manifest into reality. Therefore, I concentrate my thoughts for 10 minutes daily to develop confidence in myself.
4. I have clearly written a description of my life purpose and I will never stop trying until I have developed sufficient confidence in myself.
5. I know perfectly well that no wealth or position can be lasting unless they are built upon truth and justice. Therefore, I will never engage in anything that is not beneficial for me and for others.
I AM Successful, attracting the forces of good that I desire and use for myself and to benefit others, and I induce others to serve me only because I am willing to serve them.
I eliminate hatred, hypocrisy, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism. Instead, I develop LOVE for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others will never bring me success. I make others believe in me, only because I believe in them and in myself.
I sign my name to this Decree; I commit to memorizing it and reading it aloud twice a day, fully trusting that I am influencing my thoughts and actions, affirming that I am independent and a successful Leader.
Thank you, GOD, because it is already done!
